C is for Consciousness
Technology allows us to literally shine light into those dark places in which issues tend to gather and multiply. Nothing can change until we bring issues out of the shadows and into the light.
Exposed by the light, we have a choice: turn off the light and ignore them or raise them up even higher — to the level of consciousness — and examine them, naming the pain, dealing with the trauma and taking ownership of our part in their impact.
