2023: A Thanksgiving Prayer

Originally written to honor my late husband, Keith, in 2021 as I was preparing to join his family for Thanksgiving, reading this poem has become an annual tradition.
This year it has special significance as my friend Craig continues to fight and heal in the hospital. He and I started the cranberry dressing tradition over 20 years ago and each year it gets better. Sending healing strength to him, his wife Tracy and all those out there who may not be at our tables, but are always in our hearts.
